Barn Conversion
Family farm diversifying by converting three of their agricultural barns for buy-to-let. An 18 month project from planning conception through to turn-key residential dwellings, Total Build were commissioned by the owners to project manage the entire process. Skills included groundwork, brickwork, roofing, carpentry, electrics, plumbing, plastering, kitchen and bathroom fitting.
