THE BRIEF
Using an architect’s unique design to we are to demolish, recycling the materials of an existing 5-bedroom property, replacing with a highly insulated timber frame house built with pre insulated sip panels then clad in a range of high end materials.
THE PROCESS
We were invited to tender on the Willows along with 2 other contractors, upon winning we worked with the architects to creating this fantastic property featuring 2 impressive bespoke staircases, Siberian larch cladding, and a roof clad in VM quartz zinc.
From each bathroom’s unique design from levelled thresholds for a seamless flow from inside to out. Heated by 2 air source heat pumps with mechanical ventilation and underfloor heating and a state-of-the-art sound and lighting system, the house was packed with high end features.
THE RESULT
Throughout the project we worked very closely with the client and Architect and that extra attention to detail has created a truly amazing home. The client is delighted with their air test results which have exceeded their expectations there are delighted with the quality of life their new home provides.
